Be Happy and Free is Habit. How to achieve that?

When a child is under the control of his parents, he feels unhappy and unfree; when a woman gets married and is required by her in-laws, she also feels very unhappy and unfree; when serving the society and various occupations, he feels incompetent and unsatisfactory, and he is not happy nor free.

Therefore, the meaning of life is to be happy and free, which is the most successful.

Can you be happy and free being with anyone and all the rights & wrongs?

Can you be happy and free in front of the famous and rich?

Can you be happy and free about growing old, getting sick, and dying?

Can you be happy and free in karma?

If you live unhappily and unfreely, no matter how good the career and how much wealth you have, it will only increase the burden and increase the bondage! If you can stay unmoved in the realm of the "eight winds" of praise, ridicule, slander, reputation, profit, decline, suffering, and pleasure, you will naturally be happy and free.

This is the how.

習慣

Observe........Aware......Accept......Analyse......Act......Ease.......Habit

  1. 觀察你不舒服的感覺;

  2. 意識到你的消極想法;

  3. 接受他們而不與他們抗爭;

  4. 分析出有正面意義的觀點;

  5. 採取對人對己皆有益處的行動;

  6. 利用策略來減少阻力令行動更容易實行;

  1. Observe your uncomfortable feelings;

  2. Be aware of your negative thoughts;

  3. Accept them instead of fighting them;

  4. Analyse calmly and interpret things with positive perspectives;

  5. Take conscious action that is possible to benefit everyone;

  6. Use tactics to reduce resistance to perform such action ;

  7. Make feeling happy and free a habit by repetition as practice makes easy. (neurologically called "myelination", see below Ted-Ed video)
